Your Appointment

We would like to suggest that you arrive 10 mins prior to some treatments; this will give you a chance to fill in a health questionnaire if required. You maybe asked for some medical history; this is to make sure that we treat your concerns as professionally as possible, ensuring that we are all prepared for any irregularity that may sometimes occur ie: if you were taken sick whilst on our premises we can deal with any situation efficiently and safely.

Mobile Phones

We kindly request that any mobile phone, iPad etc is kept on silent whilst in the salon as we may have deep, relaxing treatments taking place.


Please keep any valuables with you at all times whilst on the premises as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items.

Booking and Cancellation policy

To guarantee appointments of 90 mins or more we request that you pay a 25 % deposit which is non refundable, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Unfortunately problems can arise at the last minute and therefore the circumstances will be treated at the owner’s discretion as to whether charges will be incurred. If clients consistently book and do not show up for their appointment we will ask for full payment in advance in order to secure the booking.


Any course of treatment undertaken has to be paid for in full on commencement of the first treatment. Courses are non-refundable. If you decide half-way through a course that you do not wish to continue then you will be charged the full rate of the treatments so far received and any treatment not taken will be held as a credit to any future treatment in the salon.

Courses should be taken as advised by your therapist to achieve optimal results. We cannot be held responsible for un-achieved results if the correct treatment procedure that our therapist recommends has not been carried out.

Payments can be accepted via debit/Credit Cards and cash. We can also take payment for Gift Vouchers and Treatments over the phone.

Children and babies

We love children at Corinthian Spa; I am a mum of 4! However, if you are coming in for treatment we would like you to have a totally relaxing experience as well as wanting the other clients to feel at peace, and as such, where possible can you please try and arrange supervision for your child. If you are having a quick wax etc we can always make exceptions.

Gift Vouchers

Purchasing a gift voucher can be for a sum of money or for a particular treatment. They must be used within 6 months of purchase and must be presented when having the treatment. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced and are non redeemable. Cash will not be exchanged for any monies left on vouchers. If required we are able to post your gift voucher to you.

We can except payment via Paypal or Pingit and send the voucher directly to the recipient if required for an extra £1.25.
